What exactly does Whity do?
Whity provides design-only workspace planning focused on layout logic, zoning clarity, and confident decision-making. All work is delivered online and intended for local implementation.
What does Whity NOT do?
Whity does not provide site visits, construction drawings, permits, contractor coordination, or execution supervision.
Can you work with my contractor or supplier?
No direct coordination is provided. You receive clear design deliverables that you can hand off to any local contractor or team.
How long does the process take?
Timelines depend on the selected package and reflect design phases
only:
• Tier 1: approximately 1–2 weeks
• Tier 1 + Tier 2: approximately 2–3 weeks
• Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3: approximately 3–4 weeks
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes 1–2 revisions. Revisions apply to refinements within the agreed scope. Major changes to space size, function, or direction are not considered revisions.
Can I skip Tier 1 and start with 3D visuals?
No. Tier 1 establishes the spatial decisions required for all later phases. Visual work without this foundation leads to unclear results.
Can I implement the design myself?
Yes. Whity is built for independent or locally supported implementation. You remain fully in control of execution.
Do you recommend real products?
Yes. We provide curated, purchase-ready product recommendations. Whity does not handle purchasing, pricing negotiations, or order management.
Who owns the design files?
You own the final design deliverables. Whity retains ownership of its process, methodology, and internal frameworks.
What if my space changes during the project?
Significant changes to space size, layout, or use require a scope reassessment and may affect timeline or pricing.
Who is Whity not for?
Whity may not be suitable for clients seeking full execution, renovation management, or ongoing live coordination.
