Before design work begins<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If you cancel before Formvate has started substantive design work,\r\n        you may request a refund of the service fee,\r\n        less any non-refundable payment-processing charges where applicable.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If project review, briefing, analysis, or other agreed preparation work\r\n        has already been completed, a reasonable portion of the fee may be retained\r\n        to cover work already performed.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>2. After design work has started<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Once substantive design work has begun,\r\n        fees for completed or partially completed professional services\r\n        are generally non-refundable.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If a project is cancelled after work has started,\r\n        Formvate may provide completed work up to the point of cancellation\r\n        where appropriate.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>3. After digital deliverables are delivered<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Final design files, layouts, visualizations,\r\n        product lists, reports, and other digital deliverables\r\n        are not returnable once delivered.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        This does not affect your right to request correction\r\n        if a delivered file is materially different from the agreed scope\r\n        or contains an error attributable to Formvate.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>4. Revisions are not refunds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Each package includes 1\u20132 revisions within the agreed project scope.\r\n        Revision requests should be used to refine the design\r\n        rather than replace the original brief with a substantially different project.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Additional revisions or major scope changes\r\n        may require a separate fee.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>5. Paid add-ons<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Add-ons such as additional revisions,\r\n        additional visual work,\r\n        or purchase-ready product references\r\n        become non-refundable once work on that add-on has started.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>6. Third-party products and affiliate links<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Formvate may recommend products sold by independent retailers,\r\n        manufacturers, or suppliers.\r\n        Formvate does not normally take possession of, ship,\r\n        or physically fulfil those products.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Returns, exchanges, damaged-product claims,\r\n        shipping issues, warranties, and product refunds\r\n        are therefore handled directly under the seller\u2019s own policies.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <div class=\"rp-box\">\r\n\r\n        <strong>Important:<\/strong>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          Formvate may earn a commission from some affiliate links or supplier relationships.\r\n          This does not make Formvate the retailer of the product unless explicitly stated otherwise.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>7. Product availability and price changes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Product prices, stock levels, shipping terms,\r\n        specifications, finishes, and retailer policies may change\r\n        after a recommendation is issued.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        These third-party changes do not by themselves create\r\n        a right to refund the Formvate design service,\r\n        although an alternative product may be suggested\r\n        where this is included in the agreed scope.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>8. Project delays caused by missing client information<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Formvate relies on client-provided dimensions,\r\n        photographs, plans, priorities, and feedback.\r\n        Delays caused by missing or late information\r\n        may affect the project schedule.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Such delays do not normally qualify for a refund\r\n        of work already completed.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>9. If Formvate cannot complete the service<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        If Formvate is unable to provide a paid service\r\n        for reasons within Formvate\u2019s control,\r\n        we will review the work completed\r\n        and determine an appropriate refund\r\n        for any genuinely unperformed portion of the service.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>10. Refund processing<\/h2>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Any approved refund will normally be returned\r\n        to the original payment method.\r\n        Processing times may depend on the payment provider,\r\n        card issuer, or bank.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <p>\r\n        Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable\r\n        where the payment processor does not return those fees to Formvate.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n    <section class=\"rp-section\">\r\n\r\n      <h2>11.
